ROOM 5 DEBUT AT "ACOUSTICALLY SPEAKING" SHOWCASE
Oct. 26, 2005 - Alava performed in the debut of "PoetRonigirl's Acoustically Speaking" showcase at Room 5. Hosted by PoetRonigirl and co-hosted by V.K. Lynne, this premiere show blended together song and spoken word, featured a line up of talented singer/songwriters including Julie Gribble and Bryson VanCleve.

HURRICANE KATRINA RED CROSS FUNDRAISER
Sept. 17, 2005 - Joining forces with PoetRonigirl's Acoustically Speaking regular performers, Alava played in a fundraiser for victims of Hurricane Katrina at Panera Bread Cafe in Studio City. Approximately $2,500 was raised for the American Red Cross.
